If you love blueberries, then this cake is for you! Four layers, and in each of them blueberries are in the lead and give pleasure with their sweet-and-sour taste. For the cream, we’ve supplemented blueberry flavor with a light sourness of Greek yogurt, and chose cream cheese as the basis for mousse. Is there a need to mention how beautiful is the cut, thanks to the natural blue-violet color of blueberries?
