This cake is really different from any other - it has such a bright taste of fruits, that you get a feeling this is not a cake, but grapefruit juice at breakfast on the terrace or fruit punch on a Saturday night at the bar. Strawberries and pistachios balance this citrus madness a bit with their sweetness, but in any case, there is a need to make a sign on it: “Caution, only for grapefruit lovers!”
